On Wednesday, DaBaby released a new video called “Giving What It’s Supposed to Give.” In the video, he attempts to address his homophobic remarks, as well as a touch of sexism, that he made during his presentation at Rolling Loud in Miami on Sunday.
He holds up an AIDS sign in the self-directed video, and towards the end of the clip, the words “Don’t Fight Hate With Hate” appear in rainbow hues. He also gets pleasure from a lady, but he kicks her out when her enjoyment doesn’t seem to match his.
GLAAD joined Dua Lipa, Elton John, and others in denouncing DaBaby on Wednesday.
