LOUIS CULTURE RELEASED THE SINGLE: ‘CHEER ME UP’

Louis Culture, a South London artist, launched his new single ‘Cheer Me Up’ this week, which features Saint Jude of Slow Dance Records.

‘Cheer Me Up’ is a laconic, almost desperate appeal for energy and inspiration, a sentiment that is all too familiar in these troubled times. The softer instrumental is understated, blending UK jazz and R ‘n’ B, and is a departure from his forthcoming new album, which will be released later this year.

It comes after Louis Culture’s 2020 single, “Burst,” which is a swaggering, faster, more braggadocious hit.

Lord Apex, Finn Foxell, and p-rallel are all members of the Elevation Meditation collective, which also includes Louis Culture.

Designer Bianca Saunders recently featured culture in her AW20 showcase.
