The TikTok-ready track “Chicken Teriyaki” and its dance-filled video were unveiled on Thursday by the Spanish vocalist.
Rosalía is seen walking into a studio and persuading her other dancers to join her in the choreography for the song. Rosalía performs flamenco and perreo-inspired movements to a reggaetón beat.
Rosalía calls out various parts of New York throughout the track.
The artist has been announcing the single on TikTok for a while now, sharing footage of the chorus, encouraging fans to make their own remakes of the chorus’ campy choreography.
“Chicken Teriyaki” joins previously unveiled singles “Saoko” and “La Fama” with The Weeknd on her upcoming album Motomami.
