The first performers for this year’s Kappa Futur have been unveiled.
The festival has revealed Phase 1 of the lineup slated to perform at the legendary Parco Dora venue, having recently confirmed its intentions to return as a three-day event to Torino in Northern Italy on July 1st-3rd, 2022.
Amelie Lens, Four Tet, Ricardo Villalobos, a selection of Nyege Nyege artists, PAWSA, Derrick Carter, Carl Cox, and Helena Hauff were among those confirmed yesterday, with more to follow.
This year’s event, the 9th in the series’ history, is slated to be the longest ever.
The Kappa Futur site is regarded as one of Europe’s most magnificent urban settings – a former industrial complex transformed into a sprawling city park that received the International Architecture Award in 2012 and the European Garden Award in 2017.
