Ariana Grande and The Weeknd have collaborated on a new remix of The Weeknd’s smash hit “Save Your Tears.” The Weeknd’s chart-topping fourth studio album, “After Hours,” features the original hit.
The Weeknd has appeared in the sunglasses that mark his After Hours character, who is engineering an animated version of Grande, in a new animated video directed by Jack Brown and created by Blinkink.
It’s their third collaboration, following Grande’s Positions’ “Off the Table” from 2020 and My Everything’s “Love Me Harder” from 2014.
The Weeknd’s After Hours tracks have gotten a lot of remixes, including Rosala’s “Blinding Lights” and Doja Cat’s “In Your Eyes.” The deluxe edition of After Hours includes remixes from Lil Uzi Vert and Chromatics, among others. The Weeknd revealed earlier this month that he would contribute $1 million to Ethiopian relief efforts.
Grande recently collaborated with Demi Lovato for “Met Him Last Night,” a track from Lovato’s Dancing With the Devil… The Art of Starting Over. Grande is scheduled to be a coach on The Voice Season 21.
