THEM CROOKED VULTURES REUNITED FOR TAYLOR HAWKINS TRIBUTE CONCERT

Them Crooked Vultures- the supergroup of Queens of the Stone age’s Josh Homme, Led Zeppelin’s John Paul Jones, and Foo Fighters’ Dave Grohl- reunited for the Taylor Hawkins Tribute Concert. It marked their first live set after 12 years. It was an all-star show organized by the Foo Fighters as a tribute to the late drummer Taylor Hawkins.

The group performed “Gunman” and covered Elton John’s “Goodbye Yellow Brick Road”, and “Long Slow Good” for the occasion. The guitarist, Alain Johannes joined them onstage for the performance.

Hawkins died in March during a tour with Foo Fighters in Bogotá, Colombia. The official cause of his death has not been revealed. He was 50 years old. The Taylor Hawkins Tribute Concert is still going on at London’s Wembley Stadium and also streaming live online.
