Bennett’s family confirmed in February that the iconic singer had been suffering from Alzheimer’s disease since 2016. Bennett’s health regimen apparently included music, and he continued to tour following his diagnosis until the Covid-19 pandemic. Between 2018 and 2020, he and Gaga recorded their new album, which will be the follow-up to their 2014 album, Cheek to Cheek.
