Wild Pink have announced a new LP titled ILYSM. It is a follow-up to their 2021’s record ‘A Billion Little Lights.’ ILYSM will be out on October 14 via Royal Mountain. The record is co-produced by John Ross with Justin Pizzoferrato and Peter Silberman. When Ross was writing ILYSM, he got diagnosed with cancer.
The band has recorded ILYSM at Sonelab in Easthampton, Massachusetts. The album includes the quest contributions from Julien Baker, Ryley Walker, Yasmin Williams, Jeremy Viner, and Bing & Ruth’s David Moore. Wild Pink is also set to perform at Pitchfork Festival in November.
