In Imagine Dragons’ latest video for “Cutthroat,” Olivia Munn tops all bad DMV experiences.
Munn is seen arriving at the DMV to find an employee smothered in lipstick, and things just get worse from there: Munn is 99th in line, her pencil breaks while filling out a form, and her driving instructor (Adrian Martinez) drinks soup while driving them. Martinez is later abandoned on the side of the road as she drives across the desert.
In March, the band released “Cutthroat” alongwith the single “Follow You.” Rob McElhenney and Kaitlin Olson of It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia star in the video for the latter. The title of the band’s forthcoming album, which will be produced by Rick Rubin, has yet to be revealed.
“Cutthroat” and other songs on the album, according to frontman Dan Reynolds, are about the “finality” of life.
