Machine Gun Kelly and Travis Barker Collaborated for ‘Love Race’

Machine Gun Kelly has unveiled a new song called “Love Race,” which features Travis Barker and Kellin Quinn of the rock band Sleeping With Sirens.

MGK narrates a tale from high school about seeing the girl of his dreams with someone else on the pop-punk track.  Kelly and Quinn sing about being “on the run” to reclaim their true love, their voices becoming more urgent as the song progresses.

Machine Gun Kelly previously released the song “Daywalker!” in March, as well as the album Tickets to My Downfall, which he released in the fall. In January, he made his musical guest debut on Saturday Night Live, performing the album tracks “Lonely” and “My Ex’s Best Friend.”

Machine Gun Kelly is getting ready to release a new graphic novel titled Hotel Diablo, which is based on and named after his 2019 album. Kelly collaborated on the comic with Eliot Rahal and Ryan Cady, and the novel’s artists are Martin Morazzo, Amilcar Pinna, Victor Ibaez, and Nelson Blake II. Z2 Comics is set to release the horror anthology in July.
